Usage of webshop

In order to order an item from the webshop, you must be an actual webshop customer. If you are not yet a webshop customer, you can only take a look at our products. Want to place an order? Please log in and choose a departure date to place an order. Not a webshop customer yet? Please use this form to register. We will contact you as soon as possible.

After logging in, please choose the desired departure date. Please note: the departure date is the date on which your order leaves our logistics centre. After choosing a departure date, you also have the option to add an order feature. Here you can enter any desired order feature. This is intended for your personal administration and to easily find the order in your order history. Now click confirm and you can start adding products to your order.

Please use this page to view your order information, including your order history. Using this page it is possible to make changes with regards to the invoice address, delivery address and contact information. Please note that your details are not yet updated until you receive a confirmation email.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product, we kindly ask you to notify us using this feedback form. If you are not happy with a product, you must report this within 24 hours. Moreover, we can only handle complaints if a clear photograph has been added.
